By installing the Parseli Chrome extension, using the Parseli web application, joining our waitlist, or subscribing to Parseli Premium, you agree to these terms of service.
Parseli is a browser extension and web application that generates quiz questions from your conversations with AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude. The service is provided "as is" for personal and educational use.
By joining the Parseli educator waitlist, you agree to receive email communications about product updates, launch announcements, and related information. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Premium features require creating an account. You are responsible for:
You may sign in using Google OAuth or email/password authentication.
Premium features require a paid subscription at $2.99 per month. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.
The Educator tier will be available at $9.99 per month and will include features for sharing quizzes with students via short codes and viewing aggregate analytics.

You are responsible for your use of the extension and any content generated through it. You agree to:
Quiz content is generated by third-party AI services based on your conversations. Parseli does not claim ownership of any quiz content generated through the extension. You retain ownership of your quiz data.
The Parseli name, logo, and application code are the property of Parseli and may not be used without permission.
Your use of Parseli is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Parseli, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Parseli is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
